Every day we collect milk from selected farms that lie within 30 kilometres from our dairy. This is an ethical choice that allows us to help the best local farmers and guarantee the superb quality and unique flavour of the specialities we produce.
We collect our milk with the utmost respect for animals and the environment, and it is checked using high-tech instruments every day. We are extremely scrupulous about these methods, to ensure a standard of quality that is worthy of our name.
