Fresh Cheese

Deliziosa’s fresh cheeses – Giuncate – are made exclusively using pasteurised cows’ milk from animals which graze on Murgia’s upland pastures. Simply made, they capture all the flavour and precious components of the nest fresh milk, collected every day.
